The Uttarakhand Subordinate Service Selection Commission (UKSSSC) has released the notification for the 2024 recruitment of Additional Private Secretaries (APS), Personal Assistants, and Stenographers.   • Application Start Date: 24th September 2024
  • Last Date to Apply: 14th October 2024
  • Last Date to Pay the Exam Fee: 14th October 2024
  • Correction Window: 18th–21st October 2024
  • Exam Date: 8th December 2024

Application Fee

  • General/OBC Candidates: ₹300
  • SC/ST/EWS Candidates: ₹150
  • The fee can be paid through Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, or other online payment methods.

Age Limit (as of 1st July 2024)

  • Minimum Age: 18–21 years (depending on the post)
  • Maximum Age: 42 years
  • Age relaxations apply as per UKSSSC recruitment rules.

Vacancy Details

UKSSSC has announced a total of 257 posts across various categories. Here’s a breakdown of the positions:

  1. Additional Private Secretary (03 posts)
    • Education Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
    • Skills Required: Hindi and English stenography at 80 words per minute (WPM) and typing at 4000 key depressions per hour.
  2. Personal Assistant (234 posts)
    • Education Qualification: 10+2 (Intermediate) from any recognized board.
    • Skills Required: English stenography at 100 WPM, Hindi stenography at 80 WPM, English typing at 5000 key depressions per hour, Hindi typing at 4000 key depressions per hour.
  3. Stenographer/Personal Assistant (15 posts)
    • Education Qualification: 10+2 (Intermediate).
    • Skills Required: Hindi/English stenography at 80 WPM, typing at 4000 key depressions per hour.
    • Physical Requirement (Male): Chest 78.8–83.8 cm.
  4. Stenographer cum Data Entry Operator (03 posts)
    • Education Qualification: 10+2 (Intermediate) with 2 years of housekeeping experience.
    • Skills Required: Hindi stenography at 80 WPM, Hindi typing at 4000 key depressions per hour.
  5. Personal Assistant/Stenographer Grade-II (02 posts)
    • Education Qualification: 10+2 (Intermediate) with 2 years of housekeeping experience.
    • Skills Required: Hindi stenography at 80 WPM, Hindi typing at 3000 key depressions per hour.
